Returns Policy


Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Cancellation of orders are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to receive the order and/or not pay for custom duties & taxes in your country will result in return of the order. In this case, LALIMALU will charge customer for any applicable shipping costs and any applicable import duty taxes for return of shipment.


All sales are final. For online purchases, LALIMALU will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip and a written claim is made within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned with the original attached tag. 

For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will be not be accepted.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of LALIMALU receiving the item. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.

To return an item please e-mail us at with a photo of the item you wish to return and our team will contact you with the return shipping address and packaged requirements. Any original shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be refunded.
